1/2/2023 0 Comments Insanity fit testMore good news is that the first week I only burned about 300 calories a workout, but now I’m burning 450 each day. I guess this just goes to show that if you do anything everyday for 2 weeks – you will get better!! I made a lot of progress in Move 4: Power Jumps – 9 more jumps! That’s almost 25% more! Move 5 (Globe Jumps) had 1 more globe jump, but 4 jumps actually equal 1 globe jump, so I had 4 more jumps - not bad! Move 7: Push-up Jacks - major improvement!!! I had almost a 100% improvement! It doesn’t surprise me that I’ve had the most improvement in the move that I was the absolute worst at - but I wasn’t expecting to double the number of push-up jacks I could do in just 2 weeks. I have to say I’m actually impressed with myself! I was mentally preparing myself for disappointing results, but I improved in all 8 moves! Some of the tests were major improvement! Enough talk, below are my results from the 2nd Fit Test, and here’s the link to my first Fit Test with descriptions on each of the moves. Ha! □Įvery 2 weeks I take a Fit Test to measure progress.
